Order Processing and Fulfilment

All purchases of merchandise from OAF are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for merchandise pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier of the applicable merchandise.

You are responsible for payment of all shipping charges, both for initial purchases and returns. OAF does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our warehousing centre. OAF only accepts returns of unused items that are shipped back in the condition in which they were delivered, with proof of purchase, within 7 days of delivery. If the merchandise is not returned in the same condition it was sent, OAF reserves the right not to refund you for that purchase. Clearance merchandise, gift certificates, personalized items, and items marked “non-returnable” or “final sale” (as indicated on the product page before placing your order) are not eligible for return.

Pricing

If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Additionally, prices for items may change from time to time without notice. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. The price of an item includes GST at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as a seller. Payment

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

Delivery

OAF delivers to customers all over India. You will be given various options for delivery of items during the order process, which may vary depending on your location. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the order summary page. On placing your order, you will receive a message containing a summary of the order and the estimated delivery time. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you via SMS or other means. We strive to make delivery as simple as possible, but we will not be able to compensate for any inconvenience caused by delivery delays.

Ownership of the product will pass to you only when we receive full payment of all sums due, including delivery charges.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in connection with the products shall be owned absolutely by the Company.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of law principles, and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon.

NONE OF OUR EMPLOYEES WILL ASK FOR SUCH CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.
